2. Booking & Appointment Policies
Patients are kindly requested to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment for preliminary vital signs assessment and medical screening.
3. Medical Disclosure & Patient Safety
Patients must provide accurate, complete information regarding their health history (e.g., cardiovascular conditions, blood thinning medications, recent surgeries, pregnancy) to ensure clinical safety.
4. Rescheduling & Cancellation
Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled at least 2 hours in advance without any penalty via our official WhatsApp or phone support.
5. Single-Use Sterile Equipment Guarantee
Wasfah Center adheres strictly to Saudi MOH hygiene protocols, utilizing exclusively single-use, pre-sterilized cupping tools disposed of after each individual session.
